Lucia Ionescu

She graduated Law and and holds a Masters’ degree in Business Law.

She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2006 and, in October 2013, joined “Portnoi and Associates”.

Her main areas of expertise are civil law, real estate and infrastructure.

She speaks English and French.
